Since 1922, Delices Group has been supplying pastries, baked goods, and confectioneries to many different local establishments. The company produces some of the most delicious treats available in the market.

A testament of the production diversity of the company are the over 40 different types of pastries, dozens of different types of baked goods, and over 12 different kinds of confectioneries.

Delices management is keen on quality. We use the best ingredients from around the world and try to create the most delicious foods. No other establishment pays this much attention to securing the freshest ingredients.

The company also owns and manages the popular Delices café and patisserie located at 46 Saad Zaghloul Street. Delices not only offers many of the products produced by Delices Group, but also serves both breakfast and lunch menus and an exceptional line of coffee variety drinks. We pride ourselves in serving illy coffee beans.

The Cafe has three distinct seating areas with different themes ranging from the classical 1940s France setting to the more conservative 1980s Egyptian setting.

One seating area is called "la Veranda"; which is a French & Greek Restaurant. The second seating area has a view of the Corniche and is called "Primo"; a more traditional Egyptian setting. Last, there is a seating area that acts as a bridge between the Primo and la Veranda called "Le Salon." All of the names represent the idea that Delices is a family house where friends come together to celebrate life.

• Delices served the Allied forces during WWII, while they were stationed in Alexandria.

• Delices was chosen as the private caterer to the Egyptian Royal Palace, catering birthdays, diplomatic events, and even coronations.

• Delices was founded by Cleovolous Moustakas. One of the founding fathers of dessert manufacturing in Egypt!

   

• Delices is a fourth generation family-managed business.

• Delices is one of the oldest Patrisseries in Alexandria, Egypt. We were established in 1922 and it is our motto to always ensure you get quality desserts!

• Delices Cafe at Ramleh Station is one of the largest coffee shops in Alexandria, Egypt. It has become a popular landmark for tourists from all over the world.

• Delices regularly caters to many tourist groups from around the world particularly tourists from Greece, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, and USA. Thus, many of our pastries are influenced from the aforementioned countries.

• Delices has the only French & Greek restaurant; la Veranda; in Alexandria. Try our famous Yuvetsi Pasta, Youverlakia meatballs or Steak Frites. Don't forget to try the Egyptian wines, as they have a very interesting and unique flavour.
